GFT Technologies SE is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to design, build, and maintain a cloud-native data processing platform. You will work on scalable backend services across AWS and GCP, handling data ingestion, transformation, and analytics.

You will collaborate with architects and product stakeholders to deliver high-quality software, implement secure cloud-based auth, and ensure reliability and performance. Mentoring peers and strong testing are expected.

Formación

• Proficient in Scala with sbt build management.
• Strong understanding of functional programming principles.
• Experience with cloud data processing on AWS/GCP is a plus.
• Knowledge of JSON serialization/deserialization using Circe.
• Experience with distributed systems and backend services.
• Proficiency with Git and modern software workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in CS/SE or related field, 4+ years in backend/data platforms.

Responsabilidades

• Design, build, and maintain scalable backend services for cloud-native data processing.
• Develop data ingestion, transformation, and analytics pipelines across AWS and GCP.
• Implement secure authentication/authorization using cloud-native services.
• Ensure reliability, observability, performance, and operational excellence.
• Mentor engineers and participate in code reviews.
• Write unit, component, and integration tests for distributed systems.
