INTEC Energy Solutions in Madrid seeks a SCADA Manager to lead the design, coordination, implementation, and technical management of SCADA systems for utility-scale Solar PV and BESS projects. You will guide the complete SCADA engineering lifecycle across multi-region projects, coordinating with clients, EPC partners, and suppliers.

The role requires strong technical leadership, extensive SCADA experience, and fluency in English to ensure compliance with international standards, cybersecurity

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/ Electronics/ Control & Automation Engineering.
• 8+ years in SCADA engineering, automation, or industrial comms.
• 3+ years leading SCADA engineering teams or as a technical lead.
• Experience with utility-scale Solar PV, BESS, substations, or industrial projects.
• Fluent English, strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage all SCADA engineering activities across projects.
• Define SCADA architecture, networks, diagrams, and control philosophy.
• Review docs: diagrams, layouts, and architecture documentation.
• Coordinate with PPC, EMS, inverters, RTUs, protection relays, meters, etc.
• Mentor SCADA engineers and coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure compliance with IEC standards, cybersecurity, and grid codes.
