Job summary

Modis International Ltd is seeking a SAP Test & Cutover Lead for a major SAP transformation programme with a hybrid onsite model (30-50% onsite). The role is based in Barcelona, with additional locations in Budapest or Warsaw, starting January 2027 for a 12-month duration.

You will oversee testing governance, cutover readiness, and go-live execution, coordinating SIT/UAT, defect management, and deployment activities across business and IT workstreams.

Qualifications

• Significant SAP programme testing experience.
• Experience leading SIT, UAT and cutover activities.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA deployment methodologies.
• Proven success delivering large-scale transformation programmes.
• Strong stakeholder and vendor management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead testing governance and cutover readiness across the SAP transformation.
• Define end-to-end testing and cutover strategies.
• Coordinate business and IT testing teams across workstreams.
• Monitor risks, defects and deployment readiness.
• Report status to programme leadership and run go-live support.
