Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's or master's degree in IT, engineering, or related field.
• 3–5 years SAP Cutover Manager experience.
• Proven SAP cutover leadership in at least one full SAP implementation.
• Fluent in English; German/Spanish advantageous.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Aufgaben

• Establish detailed cutover plans, milestones, dependencies, checkpoints, and execution timelines.
• Develop end-to-end cutover strategies aligned with the deployment plan.
• Ensure alignment between business, IT, partners and local teams.
• Identify deployment risks and challenge assumptions proactively.
• Define and improve Cutover Management governance and standards.
• Own cutover rehearsals, mock cutovers, and dress rehearsals.
• Lead cutover command center activities during go-live periods.
• Monitor progress and provide status reports to program leadership.
• Present cutover status, risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
