Formación

• Proven experience in leading and developing SAP or IT delivery teams.
• Demonstrate experience in people management, coaching and performance development.
• Experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean, Agile, or similar.

Responsabilidades

• Lead, coach and develop a team of SAP specialists across Sales, Service and Procurement.
• Establish a culture of Relentless Continuous Improvement (RCI) within the team.
• Act as the main point of escalation and support for team members.
