Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Senior Application Consultant SAP SD/CS to lead the SAP SD/CS domain across global transformation projects from Madrid or the Netherlands.

You will partner with stakeholders and SAP experts to design, implement, and optimize Sales and Customer Service processes, driving standardization, continuous improvement, and value delivery. This role blends business insight with IT delivery in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years in SAP SD and/or Customer Service.
• Strong functional expertise in SAP SD and SAP CS.
• Experience delivering SAP projects within global organizations.
• Transformation, ERP implementation, or large-scale CAPEX programs.
• Fluent English; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as functional lead for SAP SD/CS in CAPEX and transformation projects.
• Translate business requirements into effective SAP solutions.
• Lead functional design across Sales, Customer Service, and related processes.
• Support testing, training, and user adoption activities.
• Coordinate with SAP consultants, developers, and external partners.
• Drive continuous improvement and harmonization of Order-to-Cash and Service Management processes.
• Ensure SAP solutions align with objectives and standards.
• Manage enhancements and issue resolution in SAP SD/CS domain.
• Contribute to SAP roadmap and future process improvements.
