Strada is seeking a SAP Time Consultant to join our SAP Professional Services - Workforce Management team in Spain. The role is Junior with Italian language requirements, based in Granada with hybrid options.

• Provide expert support for Time Evaluation, Absence/Attendance Management, Shift Planning and Payroll interfaces.
• Conduct requirement gathering workshops with global stakeholders and translate business needs into functional specs.
• Perform enhancements, testing (unit, regression, integration), and documentation per Strada standards.
• Troubleshoot time evaluation issues and propose optimized solutions.
• Collaborate with SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Payroll teams.

About the Role

Strada is looking for a highly skilled SAPTime Consultant with solid experience in SAP Time Management implementation and support. The ideal candidate will lead time-related functional workstreams, provide expert-level guidance to clients, and deliver high‑quality solutions aligned with HR and Payroll processes. This role requires strong analytical skills, the ability to work closely with global teams (particularly in Europe), and proven experience delivering AMS and project services in complex environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the analysis, design, configuration, and implementation of SAP Time Management solutions, including schemas, rules, and work schedules.
• Provide expert support for Time Evaluation, Absence/Attendance Management, Shift Planning, and Interfaces with Payroll.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with global stakeholders and convert business needs into functional specifications.
• Perform enhancements, testing (unit, regression, integration), and documentation according to Strada's delivery standards.
• Troubleshoot complex time evaluation issues and propose optimized solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and Payroll.
• Support AMS operations by handling incidents, service requests, and minor enhancements with SLA compliance.
• Train users and junior consultants; provide guidance on best practices and process improvements.
• Ensure alignment with Strada’s governance model, delivery framework, and quality methodologies.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, HR Information Systems, or related field.
• Demonstrable experience in SAP Time Management consulting.
• Strong expertise in: Time Evaluation schemas and PCRs
• Absence/Attendance configuration
• Work schedules, public holidays, and time quotas
• Integrations with Payroll (SAP HCM or EC Payroll)
• Experience working in international/multicultural delivery teams.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Fluent in English and italian.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with SuccessFactors Employee Central Time Off
• Experience with Workforce Software
• Knowledge of AMS delivery models (ITIL, incident lifecycle management)
• SAP certification in HCM Time Management
• Experience supporting European time schemas (Spain, Italy, France, UK, etc.) is highly desirable.
