Job summary

Allianz Technology seeks an Executive Central Functions Platform Lead to drive our global finance transformation with a focus on SAP S/4HANA Finance. You will build and lead the SAP Finance Centre of Excellence in Spain, shaping target IT architecture for finance and guiding senior stakeholders across Allianz entities worldwide.

In this leadership role you will define operating models, partner with Finance and IT, mentor talent, and drive standardization and automation across SAP deployments

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA Finance transformations in international environments.
• Deep expertise in SAP finance modules and SAP technologies (BDC, PaPM).
• Strong understanding of finance business processes and their end-to-end IT integration.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary technical and strategic authority for SAP S/4HANA Finance and related SAP finance modules.
• Build, lead and scale a Centre of Excellence in Spain.
• Define and own the target operating model, architecture and solution design for global roll-outs.
• Partner with Finance, IT and business stakeholders to ensure adoption and value realization.
• Align with Allianz Group IT architecture and finance transformation initiatives.
• Provide executive-level reporting on program status, risks, and value.
• Drive standardization, automation and continuous improvement across finance processes.
