Job summary

SAP SE is seeking a Technical Service Manager (TSM) within SAP Global Cloud Operations to oversee all technical managed service aspects of Customer Engagement for the RISE contract, from sale through lifecycle. You will own technical health, leadership, and governance across SAP software stacks, driving proactive risk management and optimization.

Qualifications

Hands-on SAP Basis experience in implementation and steady state.
Experience with SAP HANA, Unix/Linux environments.

Responsibilities

Own the end-to-end technical health of customer cloud landscapes, ensuring stability, performance, and security.
Provide strategic cloud architecture and governance leadership.
Proactively identify and manage risks, escalations, and critical issues.
Lead landscape lifecycle activities including upgrades, migrations, and DR testing.
Drive automation, operational efficiency, and continuous improvement.
