Job summary

SAP SE in Spain is seeking a Technical Service Manager to oversee all technical managed service aspects of the Customer Engagement from the point of sale through the RISE contract lifecycle. You will act as the primary technical owner for private cloud landscapes, driving stability, risk management, architectural guidance, and end-to-end governance to enable secure, reliable SAP cloud operations.

The role requires hands-on SAP HANA/Sybase experience andSAP Basis expertise, strong collaboration

Qualifications

Experience with SAP HANA, Sybase, and Unix/Linux environments.
Extensive SAP technical administration and operations experience.
Customer-facing technical leadership experience.
Collaborative, analytical mindset with strong project leadership.
Certifications in SAP technologies and hyperscaler platforms are a plus.
Fluent English (written and spoken).
Bachelor’s degree or higher in CS/Engineering/Information Management or related field.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end technical health of customer cloud landscapes ensuring stability and performance.
Provide strategic cloud architecture and governance leadership with roadmaps and standards.
Identify and manage risks, issues, and escalations with timely resolution.
Lead landscape lifecycle activities including upgrades, migrations, and DR testing.
Drive automation and continuous improvement for reliable operations and value realization.
