Job summary

Lucanet is seeking a Senior Salesforce Product Owner to own the product roadmap and backlog for our multi-cloud Salesforce platform, spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud. You will translate business needs into a prioritised, deliverable plan reflecting enterprise-wide priorities.

You will collaborate with Revenue, Finance, and Customer Excellence to refine and plan with the delivery team, while engaging VP- and C-level leaders on priorities and trade-offs.

Qualifications

• Own the Salesforce backlog and deliverable backlog aligned to enterprise priorities.
• Translate business needs into testable user stories within agile process.
• Experience with multi-cloud Salesforce environments (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud).

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product roadmap for Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud.
• Drive backlog across enhancements, projects, and technical debt.
• Translate ambiguous asks into clear, testable stories.
• Scope and phase major platform initiatives with declarative config first.
• Lead release decisions and report status to senior stakeholders.
• Leverage AI tools to speed backlog triage and reporting.
• Mentor junior team members on requirements and stakeholder engagement.
