Job summary

Finom is seeking a senior Salesforce developer who will fully own the platform and everything connected to it: the code, the architecture, the integrations, and the pipelines that move data in and out. This is the technical end of Sales Ops.

Qualifications

• 5+ years Salesforce Sales Cloud development experience supporting commercial teams.
• Strong Apex development: triggers, classes, asynchronous processing, governor limits, testing.
• Strong Flow development, and the judgement to know when a Flow is the right tool.
• Deep understanding of permissions, sharing models and data architecture in Salesforce.
• Hands-on experience building and owning ETL and reverse-ETL processes.
• Experience using AI as part of how you work, preferably with Agentforce or Claude.
• Turn vague requests into a spec and push back when needed.
• An obsession with making Salesforce users happy. Fluent English and independent working style.

Responsibilities

• Own the Salesforce platform end to end for 100+ users across 7 teams, ensuring reliable operation and clear roadmap.
• Build in Apex and Flow, with appropriate triggers, async processing, and declarative automation where suitable.
• Own the integration layer with APIs and middleware, ensuring data lineage and resilience.
• Own ETL and reverse-ETL pipelines between Salesforce and warehouse systems.
• Maintain the connected stack (Outreach, Clay, Hightouch, and related tools) and understand how they fit together.
• Set technical standards and partner with the Salesforce Administrator and Data Ops Analyst.
• Drive vision to have all day-to-day sales work in Salesforce with AI/automation to boost productivity.
