Job summary

Lucanet is seeking a Senior Salesforce Product Owner to own the roadmap and backlog for our multi-cloud Salesforce platform, spanning Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, and Experience Cloud. You will translate business needs into a prioritized, deliverable plan reflecting enterprise-wide priorities and own delivery with the Salesforce delivery team and business stakeholders.

Qualifications

Experience owning multi-cloud Salesforce backlogs (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, CPQ, Experience Cloud).
Direct collaboration with senior stakeholders across Revenue, Finance and Customer Excellence.
Strong understanding of Salesforce capabilities and declarative vs. development work.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end product roadmap for Salesforce clouds and prioritize deliveries.
Drive backlog with enterprise-wide outcomes and manage technical debt.
Translate ambiguous requests into testable user stories and acceptance criteria.
Scope major initiatives and promote declarative configuration over custom development.
Lead release decisions and report delivery status to executives.
Leverage AI tools to accelerate backlog triage and stakeholder reporting.
Mentor juniors on requirements and stakeholder engagement.
