Personio is seeking a Sr. Systems Product Manager to own the Lead-to-Order and Sales technology roadmap.

You will lead initiatives across L2O and O2O, collaborate with Sales, RevOps, and Engineering to deliver scalable CPQ-enabled solutions that improve conversion, pricing accuracy, and order execution. You will partner with Sales leadership and Marketing to reduce lead leakage, implement AI-driven automation, and ensure seamless data integration with downstream financial systems.

Formación

• 3–5+ years of experience in systems product management or RevOps for B2B SaaS sales tech.
• Advanced proficiency in Salesforce—Sales Cloud and CPQ.
• Hands-on experience managing a CPQ environment with catalogs, discounts, and automated documents.
• End-to-end Lead-to-Order knowledge from lead capture to order fulfillment.
• Experience driving NPI readiness and pricing models in CPQ.
• Ability to apply AI and automation within business systems.
• Strong requirements gathering and a data-driven roadmap approach.
• Excellent communication and influence with senior leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the L2O systems strategy from lead ingestion to opportunity qualification and routing.
• Own O2O roadmap including CPQ quoting, approvals, and order execution.
• Architect scalable Salesforce ecosystem configurations and a prioritized technical backlog.
• Translate stakeholder needs into workflows and acceptance criteria with Engineering.
• Drive data-informed visibility into funnel health and revenue predictability.
