Flourish in Madrid, Spain is hiring a Sales Development Representative to drive opportunities and build relationships. You will research target organisations, generate opportunities through phone, email and LinkedIn outreach, qualify prospects, and schedule meetings for Account Executives.

The role offers €40,000 base salary plus €15,000 OTE, structured onboarding, progression opportunities, and an international working environment. Autonomy with strong leadership support.
