Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, is seeking a driven project leader to accelerate monetization across Glovo Ads, Promos, and new revenue streams. You will coordinate launches across 20+ markets and partner with Product, Legal, Design, Finance, and international teams to drive growth.

English communication is essential. The role requires 3–4 years in PM/ops, strong KPI analytics, and a background in digital advertising or data monetization is a plus.

Competenze

• 3–4 years of experience in project management, project coordination, marketing ops, product marketing, business operations, or management consulting (preferably in a fast-paced tech or scale-up environment).
• Proven project management skills, from building structured launch plans and managing timelines to aligning expectations with senior stakeholders and taking full accountability for outcomes
• Hands-on experience driving alignment across complex, cross-functional, or multi-regional environments (connecting HQ, Product, and local operating teams).
• Strong proficiency with spreadsheets (Google Sheets / Excel) for tracking KPIs and reporting on commercial performance. Knowledge of SQL is a big plus.
• Prior experience in digital advertising, retail media networks, or data monetization is a very strong plus
• Excellent verbal and written English skills, with the ability to turn complex project updates into clear, executive-level reporting
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Engineering or a related field.
