Glovo, part of the Delivery Hero Group, seeks a skilled Partner Revenue/PM specialist to accelerate monetization across Ads and Promos. You will own end-to-end launches, coordinate with Product, Legal, Design, Finance, and international teams, and drive revenue metrics with analytics support.

You will collaborate across HQ and local teams, manage complex projects, and report progress to executives, while fostering growth across multiple markets.

Formación

• 3-4 years of experience in project management, project coordination, marketing ops, product marketing, business operations, or management consulting.
• Proven project management skills with structured launch plans and timelines, accountability for outcomes.
• Experience aligning HQ, Product, and local teams across complex cross-functional or multi-regional environments.
• Strong spreadsheet skills (Google Sheets/Excel) for KPI tracking and reporting; SQL knowledge is a plus.
• Experience in digital advertising, retail media networks, or data monetization is highly advantageous.
• Excellent verbal and written English skills for executive-level reporting.
• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Marketing, Engineering or related field.

Responsabilidades

• GTM Execution: coordinate end-to-end launches for new Glovo Ads and Promos across 20+ markets.
• Stakeholder Management: lead central project efforts across Product, Legal, Design, Finance, and Commercial teams.
• Cross-Functional Communication: deliver concise status updates and executive summaries.
• Agility & Prioritization: adapt plans in a fast-paced environment with evolving timelines.
• Business Impact & Analytics: partner with Data to track KPIs and derive growth action plans.
