zooplus is seeking a Senior Retail Media Intelligence Manager to join our growing Retail Media team. You will act as the intelligence and performance partner, owning reporting and analytical deliverables across Retail Media and serving as the SME on performance measurement, data quality, and business insights.

Based in Madrid with a hybrid working model, the role reports on analytics, partner engagement, and supplier reporting to drive Retail Media growth.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Marketing Analytics, Retail Media, and E-commerce.
• Proven track record of delivering insights that influence business decisions.
• Experience working with senior stakeholders in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, advertising, e-commerce, or Retail Media ecosystems.

Responsabilidades

• Own Retail Media reporting and data delivery.
• Drive performance insights and identify opportunities, trends, and risks.
• Act as the Retail Media data and insights expert across the org.
• Build cross-functional partnerships with Merchandising, Digital Marketing, and Offline Marketing teams.
• Promote data-driven culture and improve measurement capabilities.
