Knight Frank Spain is looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Market Intelligence & Research team in Madrid. This client-facing role requires turning market data into meaningful insight for clients.

You will analyze offices, logistics, retail, hotels, residential and living sectors, connect economic trends to property dynamics, and contribute to meetings with clear conclusions. The ideal candidate has an economics background, strong Excel skills, and fluency in Spanish and English,

Qualificações

• A degree in Economics, Business Administration or another relevant discipline.
• Established experience as a Senior Real Estate Analyst or in an equivalent research/market intelligence role.
• Strong knowledge of property sectors (offices, logistics, retail, hotels, residential) with ability to link dynamics.
• Client- and business-oriented mindset with ability to support client decisions.
• Experience interpreting real estate and economic indicators and producing practical conclusions.
• Intellectual curiosity with habit of reading market news and analysis.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills for client discussions.
• Ability to structure and deliver projects, manage priorities, and maintain quality.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Selection process includes a practical assessment.

Knight Frank Spain is looking for an experienced Senior Analyst to join our Market Intelligence & Research team. This role is suited to a real estate professional with a strong grounding in economics and the ability to turn market information into meaningful insight and added value for our clients.

You will bring a deep understanding of several major real estate sectors, such as offices, logistics, retail, hotels, residential and living, together with a cross-sector view of both occupier and investment dynamics. Intellectual curiosity, a genuine interest in Spanish and international economic developments, and the ability to explain their impact on the Spanish real estate market will be essential.

This is a client-facing position. You will contribute actively to meetings and presentations, articulate clear conclusions, and help clients address investment and business questions through rigorous, relevant analysis.

Your impact

Translate complex property, economic and demographic data into clear, commercially relevant advice.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain analysis of supply, demand, rents, pricing, yields and investment activity across offices, logistics, retail, hotels, residential and living.
• Monitor developments in the Spanish and international economies and contribute to assessing their implications for the Spanish real estate market, connecting economic, financial and demographic factors with sector-specific dynamics.
• Participate in client meetings and presentations, explaining analytical findings, defending conclusions with rigour and understanding clients’ advisory needs.
• Contribute to the team's view of the market by identifying relevant trends, opportunities and risks across sectors and geographies.
• Prepare reports, presentations and analytical outputs, gathering and interpreting data from a range of sources and supporting the development of practical conclusions.
• Partner with business teams on proposals and consulting assignments, contributing market knowledge and economic judgement to questions relating to investment, development and occupation.
• Contribute to new areas of research and the continuous improvement of analytical methodologies, proposing topics that anticipate change and enrich client conversations.
• Support the development of more junior colleagues, helping to raise the quality of both analysis and communication.

What we are looking for

• A degree in Economics, Business Administration or another relevant discipline.
• Established experience as a Senior Real Estate Analyst, or in an equivalent Research, Market Intelligence, Insights, consulting or real estate investment analysis role.
• Strong knowledge of several major property sectors, such as offices, logistics, retail, hotels, residential and living, with the ability to understand the relationships and differences between their dynamics.
• A client- and business-oriented mindset, with a genuine interest in the decisions clients need to make and how analysis can support them.
• Experience interpreting real estate and economic indicators, producing reports and converting complex information into practical conclusions for decision-making.
• Intellectual curiosity and a regular habit of reading Spanish and international business news, research and economic analysis.
• Clear, compelling written and verbal communication skills, both in presentations and in discussions with clients and industry professionals.
• The autonomy to structure and deliver projects, manage competing priorities, and maintain high standards of quality and attention to detail.
• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. The selection process will include a practical assessment.

Additional strengths

Experience with data analysis and visualisation tools, together with wider exposure to technology platforms used in research or real estate, will be considered an advantage.
