• Strong proficiency in Excel for building dynamic, sensitivity-based financial models.
• Ability to present complex financial data clearly to senior management and boards.

Aufgaben

• Market origination: outreach to Spanish landlords; build broker networks across the market.
• Develop and refine Excel-based financial models to evaluate viability and risk of deals.
• Produce executive-quality outputs from models for board presentations.
• Perform scenario and sensitivity analyses to assess impact of market conditions and terms.
• Support budgeting, cross-functional collaboration, due diligence, and acquisition sharing.
