Dils Lucas Fox in Madrid is seeking a Senior Rentals Agent to lead luxury rental listings and manage end-to-end rental cycles for discerning clients. You will identify premium properties, negotiate with owners, and ensure compliance across documentation, contracts, and messaging.

You will build strong landlord and tenant relationships, working with Marketing to boost visibility, and you will maintain CRM records to support strategic decisions in a fast-paced international environment.

Formación

• Proven experience in the real estate sector, ideally within luxury residential rentals in the Madrid market.
• Strong understanding of the legal, commercial, and financial aspects of residential rentals.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-oriented with the ability to deliver exceptional service to both national and international clients.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced international environment.
• Proactive mindset, flexibility, and a strong "can-do" attitude.

Responsabilidades

• Guide tenants through the entire rental process, from the initial enquiry to contract completion and post‑completion follow‑up.
• Collaborate with Marketing to maximize each property's visibility through photography, descriptions, and digital promotion.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and build a personal client portfolio in line with company standards.

Main Responsibilities

Property Listings for Rentals

• Identify and secure exclusive luxury rental properties across Madrid's most desirable areas.
• Negotiate and formalize mediation agreements with property owners.
• Collect, verify, and manage all documentation required for property listings, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Relationship Management

• Build and maintain long–term relationships with property owners, providing expert advice and proactive, high-quality communication.
• Deliver a personalized experience for both landlords and tenants, understanding their unique needs and offering tailored solutions with professionalism and discretion.

End-to-End Rental Cycle Management

• Guide tenants through the entire rental process, from the initial enquiry to contract completion and post‑completion follow‑up, ensuring a seamless luxury service experience.
• Proactively resolve challenges and negotiate agreements that align with the interests of both landlords and tenants.

Marketing & Property Promotion

• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to maximize each property's visibility through high-quality photography, compelling property descriptions, and digital promotion.
• Conduct property viewings with prospective tenants, showcasing each property's unique features and value.

CRM & Database Management

• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date records within the CRM, including client requirements, property information, and market intelligence.
• Build and manage a personal client portfolio in line with company standards.
• Monitor occupancy rates, client feedback, and property performance to identify opportunities and support strategic decision‑making.

Requirements

• Proven experience in the real estate sector, ideally within luxury residential rentals in the Madrid market.
• Strong understanding of the legal, commercial, and financial aspects of residential rentals.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; additional languages will be highly valued.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills.
• Customer‑oriented with the ability to deliver exceptional service to both national and international clients.
• Self‑motivated, results‑driven, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced international environment.
• Proactive mindset, flexibility, and a strong "can‑do" attitude.
