Dils Lucas Fox in Barcelona is seeking a Client Relations Agent to join a dynamic, international team in the luxury Living & Residential sector. You will handle inbound inquiries from national and international clients, prequalify leads, and collaborate with sales agents to ensure smooth handoffs and a superior client experience.

We value bilingual Spanish and English speakers with a proactive sales mindset, adaptability, and team spirit.

Formación

• Experience in inbound sales or client relations is preferred.
• Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; other languages are a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication with a professional, friendly tone.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to inbound inquiries from national and international clients via phone, email, and digital channels.

Your Role

• Respond to inbound inquiries from national and international clients through phone, email, and digital channels.
• Prequalify leads by understanding their property needs and preferences.

• Collaborate closely with our sales agents to ensure smooth handoffs and a seamless client experience.

What We’re Looking For

• Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in inbound sales, customer service, or client relations is a plus.
• Language Skills: Fluency in Spanish and English is essential; additional languages, like French or others, are highly valued.
• Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Sales Mindset: A proactive, goal‑oriented attitude with a desire to excel in a sales‑driven environment.
