Job summary

Worley is seeking a Renewable Energy and Power Systems Engineer (Europe based) to lead technical workstreams on BESS, Solar PV and Hybrid projects, while supporting electrical integration and grid studies.

You will bring senior consulting experience, strong power system knowledge, and hands‑on modelling in DIgSILENT, PSCAD, PSS E and ETAP. Fluent English is essential; additional languages are a plus in our multicultural team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering required.
• Senior consulting experience in power and energy sectors.
• Proven experience with BESS and Solar PV projects.
• Fluent English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead feasibility and conceptual studies for BESS and PV projects.
• Conduct grid connection studies and interconnection assessments.
• Provide owner's engineering and independent engineering services.
• Support technical due diligence for lenders and investors.
• Engage with clients to tailor technical solutions.
