RP Global is seeking a technically driven High Voltage (HV) & Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Engineer to support development, implementation, and operation of utility-scale renewable energy projects across Europe.

You will work on HV substations, grid connection engineering, and battery storage system integration, collaborating with TSOs, DSOs, EPCs, and equipment suppliers, throughout development, construction, and asset optimisation.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years' experience in HV engineering and substations.
• Experience with utility-scale BESS and grid connections.
• Experience supporting EPC/construction activities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead MV/HV substations and grid connection infrastructure activities.
• Define battery storage sizing and integration concepts.
• Support permitting, grid studies, and tender processes.
• Oversee construction, commissioning, and asset optimisation.
• Coordinate with TSOs/DSOs and suppliers.
