eXp Realty seeks a Senior Transaction Settlements Analyst to oversee end-to-end administration of real estate transactions from contract initiation to closing. You will coordinate with agents, clients, notaries, and legal professionals to ensure accurate documentation and regulatory compliance across platforms.

Candidates should have 1+ years in real estate transaction processing, familiarity with Spanish documentation, and strong skills in CRM, Google Sheets, and Excel.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in real estate transaction processing or coordination.
• Familiarity with Spanish real estate documentation and local requirements.
• Experience reviewing deposit agreements and land registry reports is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end administration of real estate transactions from contract to closing.
• Review and organize transaction files, deposits, listing agreements, and Notas Simples.
• Ensure compliance with Spanish real estate regulations and maintain CRM data.
• Enter and maintain transaction details across platforms; generate weekly reports.
• Track commissions, prepare invoices, and support external coordination with notaries and lawyers.
• Provide guidance to agents on platforms and procedures; respond to inquiries promptly.
