eXp World Holdings Inc. is seeking a Transactions Specialist for Spain, fully remote.

You will oversee end-to-end real estate transaction administration, ensuring documents are accurate and compliant, from contract initiation through closing, collaborating with agents, clients, notaries and legal professionals. You will manage document review, data entry, and reporting, maintain CRM records, monitor pipeline, and support timely settlements while adhering to local regulations.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of experience in real estate transaction processing or transaction coordination
• Strong understanding of Spanish real estate transaction processes and related documents
• Familiarity with Spanish real estate laws, tax regulations and local requirements
• Experience reviewing deposit agreements, reservation agreements, listing agreements and Notas Simples
• Proficiency with CRM systems and real estate transaction management platforms

Aufgaben

• Oversee end-to-end administration of real estate transactions from contract initiation to closing
• Review and organize transaction files and related documents
• Ensure compliance with local real estate requirements and upload documents to CRM/PM platforms
• Enter and maintain transaction data across platforms
• Monitor commission payments and maintain financial records
• Coordinate with agents, notaries, and other professionals
• Generate weekly/monthly reports on contracts and pipeline
• Provide guidance and training to agents on platforms and procedures
• Respond to inquiries and support transaction-related communications
