Manning Global in Madrid, Spain is seeking an experienced RAN Engineer to support NOC operations for a leading international telecom client. You will work across 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G RAN, ensuring network stability and performance in a carrier-grade environment, with hands-on Nokia and Ericsson equipment and strong incident management.

Fluent Spanish is mandatory; English is highly desirable. The role offers full-time employment in Madrid with remote work options and a July 2026 start date.

Formación

• More than 10 years of experience in telecommunications network operations or NOC environments.
• Strong expertise in 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G Radio Access Network technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Nokia radio equipment and controllers including BSC and RNC platforms.
• Hands-on experience with Ericsson radio equipment and associated network management systems.
• Proven experience providing N1 Technical Support within mobile network operations.
• Strong background in incident management, fault diagnosis, and customer complaint handling.
• Experience executing BTP procedures and operational support activities.
• Ability to identify recurring network issues and implement long-term corrective solutions.
• Experience leading or supporting NOC team management and quality analysis activities.
• Comprehensive knowledge of RAN protocols, radio network architecture, and mobile network operations.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting capabilities within telecom environments.

Responsabilidades

• Provide N1 operational support for 2G, 3G, 4G LTE, and 5G RAN networks.
• Monitor network performance and manage operational incidents within a Network Operations Center environment.
• Perform fault diagnosis, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for radio network issues.
• Handle customer-reported incidents and ensure timely resolution according to operational procedures.
• Execute BTPs and operational activities in accordance with network support guidelines.
• Analyze recurring network problems and recommend corrective and preventive actions.
• Support radio network performance management and service quality improvement initiatives.
• Manage and coordinate incident escalations with internal teams and equipment vendors.
• Utilize network monitoring and performance analysis tools to identify service degradations.
• Maintain operational documentation, reports, and incident records.
• Support NOC team activities, quality assurance processes, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure network stability, availability, and customer satisfaction.
