Manning Global AG is recruiting a Junior Technical Engineer in Madrid, Spain. The role involves radio network optimization, data analysis, and platform monitoring, with an emphasis on learning and long-term growth within a blue‑chip client environment.

Fresh graduates or those within 1.5 years of graduation are encouraged to apply. Chinese language ability is required, and programming skills (Python) for data processing are considered a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Project delivery: Radio network optimization and KPI monitoring.
• Data analysis: process and analyze large data sets (e.g., 50 million rows).
• Digital platform operation status monitoring, maintenance, and upgrades.
• Act as interface between frontline project team and R&D in China, supporting on-site issue resolution.
• All project account, network safety management, and other department work.

Key Responsibilities

• Project delivery: Radio network optimization, mainly wireless KPI monitoring based on digital tools
• Data analysis: based on optimization knowledge and programming skills, process and analyze data (50 million rows level)
• Digital platform(different physical servers, switches, and related software) operation status monitoring, maintenance, upgrade
• Act as the communication interface between the frontline project team and R&D in China, supporting on-site issue resolution and solution adaptation.
• All project account, network safety management, and other department work

Experience/Qualifications

• Fresh graduates or those who have graduated within 1.5 year
• Background in science or engineering, telecommunication background is preferred, with strong logical thinking skills
• Proactive and eager to learn and grow
• Chinese is a must, being able to describe professional words in Chinese
