Adaptive Financial Consulting, LLC. is seeking a Senior QA Specialist to join our team in Madrid. The role focuses on shaping the QA strategy, driving test automation, and promoting quality ownership across cross-functional teams.

Ideal candidates bring strong QA experience, knowledge of TDD/BDD, and hands-on automation using Cypress, Playwright, or WebdriverIO, within an Agile SDLC. Collaboration and communication are essential in this hybrid, client-facing environment.

Formación

• Significant experience in a QA role.
• Derive test cases from functional/technical designs.
• Experience with TDD/BDD and Test Automation.
• Knowledge of Cypress, Playwright or WebdriverIO.

Responsabilidades

• Propose and enhance project test strategy including automation approach.
• Challenge existing practices and promote QA best practices.
• Foster a culture where quality is everyone’s responsibility.
• Design, maintain and execute test cases and analyze results.
• Build understanding of business, technical and operational requirements.
• Define the QA process with the team.
• Collaborate with QAs and DEV to improve automated tests and coverage.
