IT Labs is seeking a senior QA Engineer to help design automated testing strategies for complex banking-related platforms. You will work across APIs, frontends, backends, and data flows, ensuring quality before releases across EU clients.

The role requires 5–10 years in QA, hands-on experience with Selenium/Playwright/Cypress, API testing, CI/CD, and strong English communication. Remote/hybrid work and full-time arrangements are supported.

Formación

• 5–10 years of experience in QA engineering or test automation.
• Experience designing automated test strategies for complex web apps.
• Hands-on with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Experience testing APIs, frontends, backends, and integrations.
• Experience with AI/LLM testing preferred.
• Proficient with Git, CI/CD, defect tracking, and test reporting.
• Must be located in an EU member country.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Design, document, and execute automated testing strategies across APIs, frontends, backends, and data flows.
• Create and maintain automated test scripts with Selenium, Playwright, or Cypress.
• Develop verification frameworks for LLM prompts and model outputs.
• Run system integration, regression, and performance testing before releases.
• Validate end-to-end workflows against business logic and SLAs.
• Document bugs, analyze root causes, collaborate with developers.
• Contribute to QA standards and release readiness.
• Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines across cloud apps.
