Oliver Bernard is seeking an Agentic Quality Lead / Manager to drive a Tech for Good QA function. You will lead a Quality Engineering team toward a centralized, autonomous model and embed practices into the broader organisation.

The role requires strong leadership with a focus on scalable QA architecture and stakeholder collaboration. The position offers €80-100K, is remote-first with occasional visits to European offices, and requires experience building AI-enabled QA platforms and end-to-end

Formación

Experience building Agentic Quality platforms to drive efficiencies across engineering teams (AI workflows).
Background as a technical QA / SDET with clean code and test automation in Java/JS/TS and Playwright.
Experience designing Test Architecture and implementing it across the business.
Strong people management to empower engineers to upskill and grow.
Able to drive a QA strategy and roadmap; able to engage stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

Drive Quality Engineering toward a 'Quality as a Service' model and embed processes into central Quality function.
Lead QA engineers to operate autonomously within product teams and remove bottlenecks.
Define and implement QA roadmaps and strategies; communicate with diverse teams across the business.
