Job summary

Enzo Tech Group Ltd in Spain is seeking a seasoned Quality Lead Engineer for AI/LLM testing. You will own quality engineering across cloud-based and AI-enabled services, defining the test strategy and driving automated testing of APIs and backend components.

The role requires 8+ years in QA, 2+ years in AI/ML, strong automation, and CI/CD in cloud-native environments, plus knowledge of performance, security, and responsible AI considerations.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in QA / Quality Engineering.
• 2+ years working with AI/ML systems.
• Strong test automation & API/service testing.
• CI/CD and cloud-native environments experience.
• Knowledge of performance & security testing.
• Exposure to LLM evaluation, RAG, hallucination/factuality testing or Responsible AI would be a big advantage.

Quality Lead Engineer – AI / LLM Testing

We’re looking for an experienced Quality Lead Engineer to take ownership of quality engineering across modern cloud-based and AI-enabled services.

This is much more than a traditional QA role. You’ll define the test strategy, build automated testing across APIs and backend services, and help establish how AI/LLM outputs are evaluated for accuracy, relevance, consistency and safety.

We’re looking for someone with:

• 8+ years in QA / Quality Engineering
• 2+ years working with AI/ML systems
• Strong test automation & API/service testing
• Experience with CI/CD and cloud-native environments
• Knowledge of performance & security testing
• Exposure to LLM evaluation, RAG, hallucination/factuality testing or Responsible AI would be a big advantage
