ADP Celergo in Spain is seeking an experienced IC – Senior Implementation Consultant for Payment Support Services to lead end-to-end PSS implementations. You will act as the client contact, coordinating with the Implementation Project Manager, global partners and in-country partners to analyze and implement country payments on the ADP Celergo platform while ensuring compliance with local legislation.

• Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university.
• Two to five years related experience and/or training, preferably in a service environment.
• Bilingual language skills preferred; project management certification is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Responsible for the technical setup of the project in the ADP Celergo portal and for resolving client’s technical queries related to PSS.
• Configure regulatory settings in the global ADP platform (CGC).
• Develop, test and optimize the global solution according to the customer’s specifications; ensure all steps are followed for invoicing process.
• Attend implementation calls with clients and support with any technical question related to PSS.
• Explain country-specific payment issues to clients with the help of payment partners.
• Train clients through online demonstrations using payroll and payments technology.
• Serve as a point of contact for client inquiries, invoicing, and fulfilment throughout implementation.
• Relay pertinent payment information to global partners in a timely manner.
• Support Implementation Project Manager for PSS until project completion.
• Ensure client respects implementation window as per contract.
