ADP Celergo is seeking an IC - Senior Implementation Consultant for Payment Support Services to drive end-to-end implementations. You will serve as the client contact, coordinating with the Implementation Project Manager, global partners, and in-country teams to analyze and implement country payments on the ADP Celergo platform.

The role requires solid technical setup in the ADP Celergo portal, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to travel to client locations as needed.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2–5 years related experience, preferably in a services environment.
• Bilingual language skills preferred.
• Project management certification a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Configure and set up PSS projects in the ADP Celergo portal.
• Analyze country-specific payments and coordinate with partners to implement.
• Attend client calls and support technical questions related to PSS.
• Train clients through online demonstrations of payroll/payments technology.
• Serve as point of contact for inquiries, invoicing and fulfillment during implementation.
