Hitachi Energy in Madrid is seeking a seasoned Project Planning and Controls Specialist to lead scheduling, cost control, and reporting across delivery projects. You will implement robust planning and forecasting, manage risks, and drive improvements in project performance.
The ideal candidate brings over 10 years in Planning & Scheduling and Project Controls, with hands-on Primavera P6 expertise and fluency in English and Spanish.
Formación
- 10+ years of Planning & Scheduling and Project Controls.
- Experience with Earned Value Analysis and S-curves.
- Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Office.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages a plus.
- Self-driven, organized, and able to prioritize.
Responsabilidades
- Manage scheduling for delivery projects with Project Controls.
- Create, maintain, and forecast schedules.
- Monitor costs, resources, and risks to stay on track.
- Develop solutions for delays and deadlines.
- Produce reports (S-curves, OTD, earned value) and insights.
- Highlight deviations to PMs and teams.
- Collaborate with project leaders to improve Project Controls practices.
- Support continuous improvement in planning and execution.
