Power Factors is seeking an experienced Project Manager to coordinate internal and external resources for utility-scale SCADA projects across Spain, Portugal and West Europe. You will oversee projects from sales through commissioning and ensure successful handoffs between teams.

The role requires strong PM skills, 5+ years in energy, and proficiency with MS Project, Jira, and Google Workspace; English communication is essential.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical, Automation, or Power Engineering (or related field).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar project management role.
• Background in renewable energy, power systems, or SCADA integration.
• Hands-on experience delivering projects on time and within scope.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and enforce SCADA project execution plans, from sales to commissioning.
• Own project timelines, deliverables, invoicing milestones, and closure.
• Maintain daily client communication and ensure timely follow-up on requests.
• Define scope of work, develop statements of work, task breakdowns, and milestone plans.
• Coordinate comprehensive and accurate project documentation.
• Identify project risks, assumptions, and constraints, and develop mitigation plans.
