Legends Global España in Madrid is seeking a proactive Senior Project Manager to join the Project Development team. You will support senior staff, own tasks, manage stakeholders, and drive projects from concept through to completion on stadiums, arenas, and other venues.

The role requires travel as needed and offers a flexible hybrid work setting with a culture of collaboration and impact.

Formación

• 8+ years of project management experience in real estate/construction.
• Degree in Architecture, Technical Architecture, Engineering, Construction, or related field.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Experience with stakeholder management and leading design or site meetings.
• Portuguese language is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the management of construction projects, including developing project delivery strategies and schedules.
• Manage consultants, contractors, contracts, and cost schedules; prepare and manage plans.
• Prepare and manage Project Execution Plans, programmes, and risk registers; manage change control.
• Chair meetings and document minutes; mentor junior staff on project management.
