Blu is seeking a Senior Technical Project Manager to take ownership of our cloud platform delivery across Spain and Germany tracks. You will recover schedules, coordinate cross-functional engineering and operations, and drive milestones in a fast-paced SaaS environment.

The role requires 5+ years of tech delivery leadership, experience guiding distributed teams, and the ability to make hard delivery decisions.

• 5+ years delivering technical software projects in SaaS/enterprise settings.
• Proven success in recovering delayed software projects to credible baselines.
• Strong ability to challenge estimates, architectures, and code quality.
• Experience leading distributed development teams.
• Decision-making authority on delivery matters with execution focus.
• Fluent Spanish with professional English is required.

Responsabilidades

• Own full delivery accountability for the platform from current state through go-live.
• Develop and execute a recovery plan to meet a new baseline and avoid slippage.
• Manage day-to-day workload, priorities, and output of the development team.
• Enforce sprint discipline to maximize velocity and delivery predictability.
• Maintain technical scope and quality control before shipping.
• Report progress, blockers, and risks to executive leadership weekly.
• Engage with architecture details and trade-offs to clear bottlenecks.

• Location: Alcalá de Henares, Madrid, Spain (3 days onsite, Thursday & Friday remote)
• Daily rate: from €480
• Experience: min 5+ years, SaaS industry
• Anything else: 3-month rolling contract (or 1-year fixed term with potential to move to Permanent)

WHAT'S THE PROJECT?

You will join the team as a Senior Project Manager to take on the vital challenge of getting our next-generation AI field service software development back on schedule. In this position, you will work closely with cross-functional engineering and operations groups to modernize workflows, update project milestones, and drive fast-paced progress.

AND WHAT'S MY ROLE IN THIS?

As Senior Technical Project Manager, you will take full delivery accountability for the company's flagship cloud platform across both the Spanish and German mark-launch tracks, taking complete ownership of the recovery plan and team execution.

• Own full delivery accountability for the platform from current state through to go-live
• Establish and execute a recovery plan that closes the existing schedule gap with a hard baseline and zero unescalated slippage
• Drive day-to-day workload, priorities, and output for the development team
• Enforce sprint discipline and team productivity to maximize velocity and delivery predictability
• Maintain technical scope and quality control as the final checkpoint before anything ships
• Report weekly on progress, blockers, resourcing, and timeline risks directly to executive leadership
• Engage directly with codebase details, architecture decisions, and technical trade-offs to clear execution bottlenecks

• 5+ years managing technical software delivery projects in SaaS or enterprise environments
• Proven track record of taking over delayed or troubled software projects and recovering them to credible delivery baselines
• Strong technical grounding to challenge developers on estimates, architecture, and code quality
• Direct experience managing distributed software engineering teams
• Authority-first execution mindset with the confidence to act as the final decision-maker on delivery matters
• Spanish professional level with professional English skills
