At Winning Consulting we are looking for a Project Manager to join our team in an exciting project for one of our key clients in the banking sector, based in our Madrid office. (Hybrid).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate a roadmap of digital servicing tools, managing budgets, resources, and timelines.

• Monitor progress, escalate risks, and report updates to internal audiences.
• Oversee closure activities including stakeholder validation, transition to operations, and benefit tracking.

Requirements

• + 5 years’ experience in project delivery or PMO roles in financial services.
• Previous experience working across business and technical teams.
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
• Familiarity with Agile environments is an asset.
