You will coordinate internal and external interfaces and ensure end-to-end delivery while embracing a work-from-home allowance of up to 40%. You bring 7+ years of experience, a degree, and a background in financial services or data-driven businesses, with strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Senior Project Manager

Madrid | Working from home up to 40%

What You Will Do

• Professional management of complex, technical and interdisciplinary projects throughout their life cycle in an agile environment.
• Focus on clients needs and end-to-end execution of projects with regard to quality, budget, time, resource and risk.
• Building of strong, cross functional teams and enabling them to successfully deliver against the set objectives.
• Responsible for risk mitigation as well as for identification and development of opportunities for improvement at both the business and operational levels.
• Ensure transparent communication towards all relevant project stakeholders and close cooperation with internal and external customers & partners.

What You Bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent higher education qualification (FH, HF, or similar), with 7+ years of experience leading complex projects.
• Proven experience in the financial services sector, data-driven businesses, or related industries, combined with a strong affinity for technology and digital solutions.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive, client-focused, and results-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage senior leadership and work effectively under pressure.
• Experience working with Agile methodologies and international cross-functional teams, with the ability to collaborate across business and IT functions while communicating fluently in English (written and spoken).
