Amaris Consulting is seeking an experienced IT Project Manager based in Madrid to lead end-to-end IT initiatives in a diverse, international environment. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure delivery within scope and time constraints.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of IT project management experience, strong knowledge of Waterfall and Scrum, and excellent communication and leadership abilities.

We are looking for a senior professional with a strong background in project delivery, stakeholder management, and experience working with both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. Fluent English and Madrid-based availability are required for this role.

• 5+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end IT projects in complex environments.
• Strong knowledge of Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies.
• Experience in project planning, budgeting, risk management, and resource allocation.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and coordinate cross-functional teams.
• Experience using project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Project, or similar.
• Fluent English (written and spoken).
• Based in Madrid or willing to work from Madrid.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Lead and deliver IT projects, ensuring scope, timeline, budget, and quality objectives are met.
• Manage project planning, execution, monitoring, and reporting activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and facilitate collaboration across business and technical departments.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and maintain regular communication with key business partners.
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies and oversee project governance processes.
• Ensure adherence to project management best practices and organizational standards.
• Continuously drive process improvements and contribute to project delivery excellence.
