Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a track record of managing complex programs and driving transformative outcomes in top consulting environments.

Formación

• 7+ years of work experience in top-tier firms or consulting environments.
• At least 2 years leading projects with the ability to prioritise multiple demands.
• Proven ability to build client relationships across seniority levels.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking to develop transformative solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead cross-functional teams in solving clients’ most pressing challenges.
• Synthesize insights and steer the team's analytical efforts to create impactful innovative client solutions, leveraging BCG’s proprietary frameworks, digital tools, and methodologies.
• Engage and cultivate trust with high-level clients, shaping and delivering compelling data-driven narratives and vision-setting.
• Balance hands-on guidance with empowering team autonomy by orchestrating end-to-end program delivery, ensuring quality, and managing scope and timelines.
• Champion professional growth within your team, fostering an inclusive culture of mentorship, continuous learning, and feedback.
• Actively contribute to practice area development, knowledge sharing and capability building.
