The Boston Consulting Group is seeking a senior consultant to lead cross-functional teams and address clients’ most important challenges. You will synthesize insights, guide analytics, and deliver data-driven solutions while engaging senior stakeholders.

Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with a track record of managing complex programs and driving transformative outcomes in top consulting environments.

• 7+ years of work experience in top-tier firms or consulting environments.
• At least 2 years leading projects with the ability to prioritise multiple demands.
• Proven ability to build client relationships across seniority levels.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking to develop transformative solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

What You’ll Bring

• At least 7 years of work experience in top-tier companies or consulting firms. Prior or current consulting experience is required
• At least 2 years of demonstrated expertise in project management and leadership with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple project demands
• Proven ability to build relationships and manage clients across different levels of seniority
• Excellent analytical and strategic thinking skills to develop transformative solutions
• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills to engage and align cross‑functional teams
• Commitment to inclusivity, developing others and fostering an environment of mutual trust and respect
• Fluency in Spanish and English
