Amazon ES Field Engineering team seeks an experienced Project Engineering Manager to drive deployment projects across AMZL networks. You will lead complex programs from concept through handover, coordinating automation, MHE, and building retrofit initiatives with key stakeholders.

The role emphasizes vendor management, adherence to budgets, and strategic improvements across ES/EU regions, with significant travel and a focus on safety and reliability.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in a relevant field.
• Experience in planning, scheduling and auditing maintenance activities.
• Experience with CMMS software.
• Experience with Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Willingness to travel 30–50% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Managing highly complex concurrent projects related to deployment of engineering solutions in AMZL delivery stations.
• Owning a program or portfolio of launches or retrofits of technology types including Automation, MHE or building improvements.
• Leading the full project/program lifecycle from concept and budgeting to handover to stakeholders.
• Handling multiple phases with resource, capex and timeline constraints.
• Interacting with senior management to provide trade-off solutions.
• Identifying inefficiencies and driving improvements at country and European levels.
