Amazon is seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Program Manager to own the strategy and delivery of complex, first-time automation infrastructure deployments across our global fulfillment network.

You will influence within a VP organisation, mentor junior engineers, and drive cross-functional alignment across multiple technologies and regions to scale deployments internationally.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or higher in engineering or STEM field.
• Experience launching hardware deployment and scalable frameworks.
• Experience managing complex infrastructure programs end-to-end.
• Ability to define deployment strategies where none exist.
• Experience mentoring engineers and communicating with VP-level leaders.

Responsabilidades

• Define end-to-end deployment strategy for new automation technologies.
• Manage lifecycle of cross-functional infrastructure builds and unblock teams.
• Lead alignment within VP organization; advise on trade-offs.
• Define build requirements and dependencies for new products.
• Build scalable deployment mechanisms and repeatable processes.
