Progressive is seeking an experienced Principal Technical Lead to drive delivery of complex Data Center and industrial projects in Europe. You will serve as the primary technical contact for customers and stakeholders, providing leadership across engineering design, procurement, construction, and commissioning processes.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering required.
• 10+ years of experience leading complex industrial or mission-critical projects.
• Proven track record in Data Center projects and mission-critical infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, power distribution, backup power, cooling, and commissioning.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary and international teams.
• Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and customer-facing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced project environment.
• C1 level of English required.

Responsabilidades

• Act as the main technical contact for customers and key stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead technical decision-making and provide guidance to multidisciplinary engineering teams.
• Ensure alignment between customer requirements, design solutions, and project execution.
• Support resolution of complex technical challenges and critical issues.
• Lead technical meetings, reviews, and workshops with customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Oversee all technical aspects of the project from design through commissioning and handover.
• Review, validate, and approve key engineering deliverables.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, quality standards, budget, and schedule.
• Support testing, commissioning, and final customer acceptance activities.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary and international engineering teams.
• Interface between engineering, project management, procurement, construction, and customer teams.
• Lead technical risk assessments and support change management activities.
