Michael Page represents an independent asset and development management client focused on Real Estate, including data centers, hospitality, logistics, and retail sectors. The role leads planning and delivery of Data Center projects, coordinating diverse teams and stakeholders to ensure on-time, on-budget completion.

The position requires strong leadership and oversight of schedules, budgets, procurement, and safety compliance, with regular reporting to senior management and clients.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery of Data Center projects from inception through completion.
• Manage multidisciplinary teams, including designers, consultants, contractors, vendors, and client representatives.
• Coordinate project schedules, budgets, procurement activities, and risk management processes.
• Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions when necessary to ensure successful delivery.
• Facilitate technical and commercial decision-making throughout the project lifecycle.
• Oversee contract administration, change management, and stakeholder communications.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements, industry standards, and client specifications.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
