Airbus Helicopters España, SA is seeking an experienced Program Controlling professional to lead the Controlling team for NH90, Tiger and Commercial programs in Spain, coordinating with program controllers and reporting to HO. The role focuses on delivering full visibility of financial performance, managing contracts and EAC/CTC, and partnering with program management to drive performance improvements.

Formación

• 5+ years in Finance with at least 3 years in controlling.
• Strong analytical skills with a proactive mindset.
• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
• Advanced Excel skills, SAP experience preferred.
• University degree required in economics or related fields.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Controlling processes for all Programs in Spain with the Program Manager.
• Provide full visibility on financial and cost performance.
• Develop OP/FC and ensure consistency and compliance.
• Manage contract administration from signature to invoicing and payment.
• Support bid costing and pricing processes.
• Direct and develop the Controlling team.
• Coordinate with HO Programs & S&S Controlling and stakeholders.
