Genesys is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Iberia based in Madrid. You will manage day-to-day operations of key customer projects, including scope, schedule, budget, and resources, while ensuring profitability and client satisfaction. Travel is occasional within the Iberia region.

The role requires 8+ years in IT project management, strong budgeting skills, and fluency in English and Spanish. Hybrid working model and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Formación

• 8+ years of relevant IT project management experience.
• Budgeting for complex solutions and large engagements.
• Fluency in English and Spanish; Portuguese a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Lead PM of critical, large, complex engagements, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Manage project delivery: schedule, risk, scope, resources, and documentation.
• Drive opportunities, collaborate with sales, success, and leadership to grow the business.
