ERNI - Swiss Software Engineering in Barcelona is seeking an experienced product leader to shape healthcare digital products. You will own the product vision, roadmap and backlog, work with engineering, UX and business stakeholders to maximize value.

With 7+ years as Product Owner or Product Manager, you will drive agile delivery using Scrum/Kanban/SAFe and collaborate across global teams, mentored by peers. The role is hybrid, with regular in-office days in Barcelona.

What you will bring

• More than 7 years of experience as Product Owner or Product Manager managing complex digital products.
• Strong experience defining product roadmaps, backlog prioritization and Agile delivery using Scrum, Kanban or SAFe.
• Experience working with cross functional teams including engineering, UX and business stakeholders.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, Miro and product management tools in global organizations.
• Advanced English level and excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

You will be responsible for leading the product vision, roadmap and backlog while working closely with engineering, UX, architecture and business teams. You will prioritize features, coordinate stakeholders, facilitate product refinement sessions and ensure each delivery provides maximum value for users and the business.

Our model is hybrid: we usually go to the office 2 days a week, though this depends on the project and team, but we love seeing each other’s faces; the best stories always happen in the office!
